Saturday, September 26–SCWW Camden Chapter Intensive–“First One Word, Then Another: A Creative Workshop”, at Central Carolina Technical College. Featured speakers include Bob Strother, Kim Blum-Hyclak, and Carla Damron.

Sunday, April 12, 3 to 5 pm–“An Afternoon of Poetry and Prose“.  At Happy Accidents, located at 157 East Main Street, Suite 300, above Amalie’s French Bakery.

Featured Readers: Lisa Puls Dunn, author of a young adult fantasy, Grit of Berth and Stone, and Julie Ann Cook, a poet with two collections, Love Like Weeds and Lemonade and Rumors.

There will also be an open mic, so bring a poem or two and/or a short story, and be ready to read and share your work!

Sunday, March 8, 3 to 5 pm–“An Afternoon of Poetry and Prose”. Featured Readers, Judith Barban and Evelyn Eickmeyer-Quinones, will read at the new location, “Happy Accidents”, located at 157 East Main Street, Suite 300, above Amelie’s French Bakery. There will also be an opportunity to sign up for Open Mic, so bring a poem or two and/or a short story, and be prepared to “Wow!” the audience.
